Corrugation Depth Testing

 

Our experienced technicians use a micrometer with a digital displayer to accurately measure the corrugation depth of your plates. We test 32 sites on each plate to ensure precise results.

 

Plate *** Testing

 

Using the dye check method, we assess the presence of cracks in your plates. We spray a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This simple and efficient method allows us to quickly identify any cracks in your plates.
