The pre-stressed wire wound frame of our hydraulic press allows for an enlarged pre-load margin, ensuring no slits between the pillar and semicircular beam during operation. The steel wire used is durable and can be used for long-term applications.
Based on finite element design calculations, the cylinder is designed with a scientific and rational wall thickness. The wire wound construction allows for resilient deformation within a tiny range at rated pressure, ensuring the major seal remains effective without any gaps.
