Our plate testing process begins with the measurement of corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital displayer, we meticulously test 32 sites on each plate. This ensures accurate and reliable results, allowing you to assess the performance of your plates with confidence.

Identifying cracks in plates is crucial to prevent potential failures. Our dye check method provides a simple and efficient solution. We spray a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This method allows for quick detection, saving you time and resources.
