Corrugation Depth Testing


Our plate testing method begins with a thorough examination of the corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital displayer, we meticulously test 32 different sites on the plate. This ensures accurate measurements and reliable results.

By spraying a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side, we can easily detect cracks.
