Corrugation Depth Testing

Our plate testing method begins with a thorough examination of the corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital displayer, we meticulously test 32 different sites on the plate. This ensures accurate measurements and reliable results.

Identifying plate cracks is crucial for maintaining the integrity of your equipment. Our dye check method simplifies this process. By spraying a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side, we can easily detect cracks. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***.
