Our plate testing method includes a thorough examination of the corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital displayer, we meticulously test 32 different sites on the plate. This ensures accurate measurements and reliable results.

By spraying a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side, we can easily identify any cracks. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***.
