Corrugation Depth Testing

Our plate testing process begins with the measurement of corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital displayer, we meticulously test 32 sites on each plate. This allows us to accurately assess the depth of the corrugation, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

Plate *** Testing

To detect any cracks in the plates, we employ a simple yet effective method called dye check. One side of the plate is sprayed with a white display agent, while the other side is sprayed with a red penetrant. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent becomes dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This method offers quick and efficient *** detection, ensuring the reliability and safety of your plates.
