Our plate testing process begins with the measurement of corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital displayer, we meticulously test 32 sites on each plate. This allows us to accurately assess the depth of the corrugation, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

To detect any cracks in the plates, we employ a simple yet effective method called dye check. One side of the plate is sprayed with a white display agent, while the other side is sprayed with a red penetrant.
