Our hydraulic presses are designed to meet your production needs. With a daily production capacity of 2200 tons, our Hydraulic Press for Plates can produce 1400 pieces each day, with a heat transfer area of less than 0.2 M2. This press is suitable for a variety of plate models, including M3, M6, P26, V4, VU8, V8, V13, M10M, and TS6M.
For larger production requirements, our Hydraulic Press for Pressing Plates has a daily capacity of 6000 tons. It can produce 1200 pieces each day, with a heat transfer area of less than 0.8 M2. This press is ideal for plate models such as M15B, VT20, VT40, VT80, V28, V45, V60, P36, and AK20.
If you need even higher production capacity, our Hydraulic Press for Pressing Plates can handle up to 20000 tons. It can produce 1000 pieces for bigger plates with a connection size of up to 500mm.

The pre-stressed wire wound frame of our hydraulic press allows for an enlarged pre-load margin, eliminating slits between the pillar and semicircular beam during operation. The steel wire used in the frame ensures long-term durability.
1) The cylinder of our hydraulic press is designed with scientific and rational wall thickness, ensuring the major seal remains gap-free. The wire wound construction allows for resilient deformation within a tiny range at rated pressure.
2) To prolong the life of the main cylinder and seal, our hydraulic press uses a bronze guide seal instead of a plastic nylon guide.
The oriented system of our hydraulic press adopts four rigid cylindrical guide posts that are specially plated and grinded. This ensures a well-distributed oriented gap and smooth operation of the oriented worktable with high precision. The worktable remains parallel, resulting in even corrugation depth that meets international standards.
