Corrugation Depth Testing

Our advanced plate testing method allows for accurate measurement of the corrugation depth or free channel of the plate. Using a high-quality digital micrometer, we meticulously test 32 sites on the plate to ensure precise results.

Plate *** Testing

Identifying plate cracks is crucial to prevent any potential leaks or failures. Our dye check method is a simple yet effective way to detect cracks. We spray a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***.
