Our plate testing process begins with the evaluation of the corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. Using a micrometer with a digital displayer, we meticulously test 32 sites on the plate. This precise measurement allows us to assess the depth of the corrugation, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
To identify any cracks on the plate, we employ a simple and efficient method known as dye check. One side of the plate is sprayed with a display agent (white), while the other side is sprayed with a penetrant (red). If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent becomes dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This method allows for quick and accurate *** detection, ensuring the reliability and safety of the plate.
