Plate Testing


Shanghai Empire Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. offers efficient plate testing solutions to ensure the quality and integrity of your plates.



Corrugation Depth Testing


Our plate testing process begins with the measurement of corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. Using a high-precision digital micrometer, we meticulously test 32 sites on the plate to determine the depth of the corrugation. This allows us to assess the plate's performance and ensure optimal functionality.



*** Testing


Identifying cracks in plates is crucial to prevent potential failures. Our *** testing method involves the use of dye check. We spray a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This simple yet efficient method allows us to quickly detect any cracks and take necessary actions to maintain the plate's structural integrity.
