Our hydraulic presses are designed to meet your production needs. With a daily production capacity of 2200 tons, we can efficiently produce a wide range of plates.
Our hydraulic press for plates can produce up to 1400 pieces each day. The heat transfer area is less than 0.2 M2, making it suitable for plates such as M3, M6, P26, V4, VU8, V8, V13, M10M, and TS6M.
For larger plates with a heat transfer area of less than 0.8 M2, our hydraulic press for pressing plates is the ideal choice. With a daily production capacity of 6000 tons, we can produce up to 1200 pieces each day. This press is suitable for plates such as M15B, VT20, VT40, VT80, V28, V45, V60, P36, and AK20.
When it comes to bigger plates with a connection size of up to 500mm, our hydraulic press is the perfect solution. With a daily production capacity of 20000 tons, we can produce up to 1000 pieces each day. This press is designed to handle larger plates efficiently.

Our hydraulic press for PHE plateforming, designed by Shanghai Empire Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd., features an attractive and compact structure based on humanized principles.
The pre-stressed wire wound frame of our hydraulic press allows for an enlarged pre-load margin, ensuring no slits between the pillar and semicircular beam during operation. The steel wire used in the frame is durable and can be used for long-term purposes.
1) The cylinder of our hydraulic press is designed with scientific and rational wall thickness, based on finite element design calculations. The wire wound construction allows for resilient deformation within a tiny range at rated pressure, ensuring the major seal works without gaps.
2) To prolong the life of the main cylinder and seal, our hydraulic press uses a bronze guide seal instead of a plastic nylon guide.
The oriented system of our hydraulic press adopts four rigid cylindrical guide posts that are specially plated and grinded. This ensures a well-distributed oriented gap and smooth operation of the oriented worktable with high precision. The worktable remains parallel, resulting in even corrugation depth that meets international standards.
Our hydraulic press features a simple structure, small resistance, and excellent oil charging performance. This improves energy efficiency and operation speed, increasing the production efficiency for users.
Our hydraulic press utilizes a special epitaxial oil charging valve to prevent potential damage caused by pressure differential when the pressure is relieved. This valve is smaller in size, has a longer operating life, and offers higher efficiency compared to other products.
With our wire wound frame, each wire bears equal stretch force precisely throughout the plate pressing process. This allows our hydraulic press to achieve plate pressing with lower pressure (10% to 15% less) compared to other competitors. It is also capable of forming larger plates using the same pressure as others, resulting in less pressure loss.
Unlike traditional machines with direct pressing speeds of 0.2 to 0.5 mm/s, our hydraulic press for PHE makes a breakthrough. It has an initial plate pressing speed of 1 to 1.5 mm/s, followed by reasonable forming speed. This innovative combination significantly improves pressing speed, plate quality, energy conservation, and operating efficiency.
Our latest hydraulic press is equipped with a specially designed movable worktable that can move in and out automatically without any auxiliary devices. This worktable maximizes operating efficiency and minimizes time and labor intensity, eliminating the need for traditional loading and unloading devices.
