Hydraulic Press for Plates


Our hydraulic press for plates can produce up to 1400 pieces each day. The heat transfer area is less than 0.2 M2, making it suitable for plates such as M3, M6, P26, V4, VU8, V8, V13, M10M, and TS6M.



Hydraulic Press for Pressing Plates


For larger plates with a heat transfer area of less than 0.8 M2, our hydraulic press for pressing plates is the ideal choice. With a daily production capacity of 6000 tons, we can produce up to 1200 pieces each day. This press is suitable for plates such as M15B, VT20, VT40, VT80, V28, V45, V60, P36, and AK20.



Hydraulic Press for Pressing Bigger Plates

  1. Attractive and Outstanding Appearance


    Our hydraulic press for PHE plateforming, designed by Shanghai Empire Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd., features an attractive and compact structure based on humanized principles.




  2. Wire Wound Frame


    The pre-stressed wire wound frame of our hydraulic press allows for an enlarged pre-load margin, ensuring no slits between the pillar and semicircular beam during operation. The steel wire used in the frame is durable and can be used for long-term purposes.




  3. Durable Main Cylinder


    1) The cylinder of our hydraulic press is designed with scientific and rational wall thickness, based on finite element design calculations. The wire wound construction allows for resilient deformation within a tiny range at rated pressure, ensuring the major seal works without gaps.


    2) To prolong the life of the main cylinder and seal, our hydraulic press uses a bronze guide seal instead of a plastic nylon guide.




  4. High Strength and Rigid Oriented System


    The oriented system of our hydraulic press adopts four rigid cylindrical guide posts that are specially plated and grinded. This ensures a well-distributed oriented gap and smooth operation of the oriented worktable with high precision. The worktable remains parallel, resulting in even corrugation depth that meets international standards.




  5. Patented Direct Oil Charging Structure


    Our hydraulic press features a simple structure, small resistance, and excellent oil charging performance. This improves energy efficiency and operation speed, increasing the production efficiency for users.




  6. Patent Pending Epitaxial Oil Charging Valve


    Our hydraulic press utilizes a special epitaxial oil charging valve to prevent potential damage caused by pressure differential when the pressure is relieved. This valve is smaller in size, has a longer operating life, and offers higher efficiency compared to other products.




  7. Outstanding Pressing Capability


    With our wire wound frame, each wire bears equal stretch force precisely throughout the plate pressing process. This allows our hydraulic press to achieve plate pressing with lower pressure (10% to 15% less) compared to other competitors. It is also capable of forming larger plates using the same pressure as others, resulting in less pressure loss.




  8. Rapid Pressing with Reasonable Speed Forming


    Unlike traditional machines with direct pressing speeds of 0.2 to 0.5 mm/s, our hydraulic press for PHE makes a breakthrough. It has an initial plate pressing speed of 1 to 1.5 mm/s, followed by reasonable forming speed. This innovative combination significantly improves pressing speed, plate quality, energy conservation, and operating efficiency.




  9. Patented Movable Worktable


    Our latest hydraulic press is equipped with a specially designed movable worktable that can move in and out automatically without any auxiliary devices.
