Corrugation Depth Testing



Our plate testing process begins with the measurement of corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. Using a high-quality digital micrometer, we meticulously test 32 different sites on the plate. This ensures that the corrugation depth meets the required specifications, guaranteeing optimal performance and efficiency.

Plate cracks can significantly impact the functionality and safety of your equipment. To identify any cracks, we employ a simple and efficient method called dye check. One side of the plate is sprayed with a display agent (white), while the other side is sprayed with a penetrant (red). If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***.
