Our plate testing process begins with measuring the corrugation depth of the plate's free channel. Using a micrometer with a digital displayer, we meticulously test 32 sites on the plate. This precise measurement ensures accurate results and helps identify any irregularities.

Identifying cracks in plates is crucial for maintaining safety and efficiency. Our dye check method simplifies the process. We spray a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This efficient method allows for quick and effective *** detection.
