Our hydraulic press for PHE plateforming, designed by Shanghai Empire Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd., features an attractive and compact structure based on humanized principles.
The pre-stressed wire wound frame of our hydraulic press allows for an enlarged pre-load margin, ensuring no slits between the pillar and semicircular beam during operation. The steel wire used in the frame is durable and can be used for long-term purposes.
Our hydraulic press's main cylinder is designed with scientific and rational wall thickness, based on finite element design calculations. The cylinder's wire wound construction allows for resilient deformation within a tiny range at rated pressure, ensuring the major seal remains effective without any gaps. Additionally, the use of a bronze guide seal instead of a plastic nylon guide seal keeps the inner wall of the cylinder smooth, prolonging the life of the main cylinder and seal.
The oriented system of our hydraulic press adopts four rigid cylindrical guide posts that are specially plated and grinded. This ensures a well-distributed oriented gap and smooth operation of the oriented worktable with high precision. The worktable remains parallel, resulting in even corrugation depth and compliance with international standards.
Our hydraulic press features a patented direct oil charging structure with a simple design, low resistance, and excellent oil charging performance. This structure improves energy efficiency, operation speed, and production efficiency for users.
Our hydraulic press utilizes a special epitaxial oil charging valve to prevent potential damage caused by pressure differential when the pressure is relieved. This valve offers advantages such as a smaller size, longer operating life, and higher efficiency compared to other products.
With its wire wound frame, our hydraulic press ensures equal stretch force on each wire throughout the plate pressing process. This allows for lower pressure requirements, around 10% to 15% less than other competitors, while still forming larger plates. Additionally, our product experiences less pressure loss.
Unlike traditional machines with direct pressing speeds of 0.2 to 0.5 mm/s, our hydraulic press for PHE achieves a breakthrough. It has an initial plate pressing speed of 1 to 1.5 mm/s, followed by a reasonable forming speed. This innovative combination significantly improves pressing speed, plate quality, energy conservation, and operating efficiency.
Our latest hydraulic press is equipped with a specially configured movable worktable that can automatically move in and out without any auxiliary devices. This worktable maximizes operating efficiency and minimizes time and labor intensity, eliminating the need for traditional loading and unloading devices.
