The heat exchanger from Shanghai Empire Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. is a highly efficient and compact equipment that ensures efficient heat transfer between two fluids. It consists of a pack of corrugated metal plates with portholes for the passage of fluids. The plate pack is assembled between a fixed frame plate and a movable pressure plate, which are compressed by tightening bolts. To ensure proper sealing and fluid direction, the plates are fitted with gaskets that direct the fluids into alternate channels.

Unlike traditional shell-and-tube heat exchangers, our gasketed plate-and-frame heat exchangers (GPHEs) provide a smaller footprint and superior heat transfer efficiency. The corrugated plates in our heat exchangers maximize the surface area available for heat transfer, resulting in optimal performance. Additionally, our units are designed for easy maintenance and servicing.
