- Hydraulic Press for Plates: 2200 tons, capable of producing 1400 pieces per day. This press is suitable for plates with a heat transfer area of less than 0.2 M2. Examples of compatible plates include M3, M6, P26, V4, VU8, V8, V13, M10M, and TS6M.



- Hydraulic Press for Pressing Plates: 6000 tons, capable of producing 1200 pieces per day. This press is suitable for plates with a heat transfer area of less than 0.8 M2. Examples of compatible plates include M15B, VT20, VT40, VT80, V28, V45, V60, P36, and AK20.



- Hydraulic Press for Pressing Plates: 20000 tons, capable of producing 1000 pieces per day. This press is suitable for bigger plates with a connection of up to 500mm.

  2. Wire Wound Frame


    The pre-stressed wire wound frame of our hydraulic press allows for an enlarged pre-load margin, ensuring no slits between the pillar and semicircular beam during operation. The steel wire used in the frame is durable and can be used for long-term applications.




  3. Durable Main Cylinder


    Our hydraulic press's main cylinder is designed with scientific and rational wall thickness, ensuring the major seal keeps working without gaps. The use of a bronze guide seal instead of a plastic nylon guide seal prolongs the life of the main cylinder and the main seal simultaneously.




  4. High Strength and Rigid Oriented System


    The oriented system of our hydraulic press adopts four rigid cylindrical guide posts that are specially plated and grinded, ensuring a well-distributed oriented gap and smooth operation of the oriented worktable with high precision. The worktable remains parallel, resulting in even corrugation depth and meeting high international standards.

    Thanks to the wire wound frame, our hydraulic press ensures each wire bears equal stretch force throughout the plate pressing process.   8. Rapid Pressing with Reasonable Speed Forming


    Unlike traditional machines with direct pressing speeds of 0.2 to 0.5 mm/s, our hydraulic press for PHE achieves a breakthrough.
