Corrugation Depth Testing



Our plate testing method includes a thorough examination of the corrugation depth or free channel. Using a micrometer with a digital displayer, we meticulously test 32 sites on the plate. This ensures accurate measurements and precise evaluation of the plate's corrugation depth.

Our innovative *** testing method involves dye check. By spraying a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side, we can easily identify cracks. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of cracks. This simple and efficient method allows for quick detection and evaluation of plate cracks.
