Our plate testing process begins with measuring the corrugation depth of the plates. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital displayer, we accurately test 32 sites on each plate. This allows us to determine the free channel depth, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Cracks in plates can compromise their structural integrity and lead to potential leaks. To identify any cracks, we employ a simple and efficient method called dye check. One side of the plate is sprayed with a white display agent, while the other side is sprayed with a red penetrant. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This method allows us to quickly detect any cracks and take necessary measures to address them.
