Corrugation Depth Testing

Our plate testing process begins with the evaluation of the corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital displayer, we meticulously test 32 different sites on the plate. This ensures a comprehensive analysis of the plate's corrugation depth, providing valuable insights into its performance.

Plate Testing

Identifying plate cracks is crucial to prevent potential leaks and failures. To detect cracks, we employ a simple yet effective method called dye check. One side of the plate is sprayed with a display agent (white), while the other side is sprayed with a penetrant (red). If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent becomes dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***.
