Corrugation Depth Testing

Using the best digital displayer micrometer, we meticulously test 32 sites of the plate to determine the corrugation depth. This allows us to assess the free channel and ensure the plate meets the required specifications. Our precise measurements guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness of the plate.

Cracks in plates can compromise their structural integrity and pose significant risks. To identify any cracks, we employ the dye check method. By spraying a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side, we can easily detect cracks. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This simple yet efficient method ensures the plates are free from any defects.
