Our hydraulic press for PHE plateforming, designed by Shanghai Empire Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd., features an attractive and compact structure based on humanized principles.
The pre-stressed wire wound frame of our hydraulic press allows for an enlarged pre-load margin, ensuring no slits between the pillar and semicircular beam during operation. The steel wire used in the frame is highly durable and can be used for long-term purposes.
Our hydraulic press is equipped with a scientifically designed main cylinder with a rational wall thickness, ensuring the major seal keeps working without gaps. The use of a bronze guide seal instead of a plastic nylon guide seal enhances the longevity of the main cylinder and the main seal.
The oriented system of our hydraulic press adopts four rigid cylindrical guide posts that are specially plated and grinded, ensuring a well-distributed oriented gap and smooth operation of the oriented worktable with high precision. This system ensures that the plate is pressed with an even corrugation depth, conforming to high international standards.
Our hydraulic press features a patented direct oil charging structure that improves energy efficiency and operation speed. This structure also increases the production efficiency of users by providing a simple path for oil charging with minimal resistance.
Our hydraulic press utilizes a special epitaxial oil charging valve to prevent potential damage caused by pressure differential when the pressure is relieved. This valve offers advantages such as a smaller size, longer operating life, and higher efficiency compared to other products.
With its wire wound frame, our hydraulic press ensures that each wire bears equal stretch force throughout the plate pressing process. This capability allows our press to achieve plate pressing with 10% to 15% lower pressure compared to other competitors, making it capable of forming larger plates with the same pressure. Additionally, this product experiences less pressure loss.
Unlike traditional machines with direct pressing speeds of 0.2 to 0.5 mm/s, our hydraulic press for PHE makes a breakthrough. It achieves an initial plate pressing speed of 1 to 1.5 mm/s, followed by reasonable forming speed. This innovative combination significantly improves pressing speed, plate quality, energy conservation, and operating efficiency.
Our latest hydraulic press is equipped with a specially configured movable worktable that can move in and out automatically without any auxiliary devices. This worktable maximizes operating efficiency and minimizes time and labor intensity, eliminating the need for traditional devices for loading and unloading dies.
