Corrugation Depth Testing

Our plate testing method includes the measurement of plate corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital displayer, we accurately test 32 sites on the plate. This ensures that the plate meets the required specifications and guarantees optimal performance.

Our innovative *** testing method utilizes a dye check technique. By spraying a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side, we can easily identify any cracks. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***.
