Our plate testing process begins with the evaluation of corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital display, we meticulously test 32 sites on each plate. This allows us to accurately measure the depth of the corrugation, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Identifying cracks in plates is crucial to prevent potential failures and ensure safety. Our *** testing method involves the use of dye check. We spray a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This simple yet efficient method allows us to quickly detect cracks and take necessary actions to address them.
