Our plate testing method includes measuring the corrugation depth of the plate's free channel. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital displayer, we accurately test 32 sites on the plate. This ensures precise measurements and reliable results.

Identifying plate cracks is crucial for maintaining the integrity of your equipment. Our plate *** testing method utilizes a dye check technique. We spray a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***.
