Our plate testing method includes a thorough examination of the corrugation depth or free channel. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital displayer, we meticulously test 32 different sites on the plate. This ensures accurate measurements and precise evaluation of the plate's corrugation depth.

Our plate testing process also involves *** detection. We utilize a simple yet effective dye check method. One side of the plate is sprayed with a display agent (white), while the other side is sprayed with a penetrant (red). If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This method offers quick and efficient *** detection, ensuring the integrity of the plate.
