Corrugation Depth Testing

Our plate testing process begins with the evaluation of corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital displayer, we meticulously test 32 sites on each plate. This allows us to accurately measure the depth of the corrugation, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

*** Testing

Identifying cracks in plates is crucial to prevent potential failures and ensure safety. Our *** testing method involves the use of dye check. We spray a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This simple yet efficient method allows for quick and reliable *** detection.
