Our Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) plates are designed to meet the reading habits of English-speaking natives. We offer a wide range of plates for all makes and models, and can even create custom plate molds according to customer requirements. Our plate testing process begins with a thorough examination of the corrugation depth or free channel of the plate. Using a precise micrometer with a digital displayer, we meticulously test 32 sites on the plate. This allows us to accurately measure the depth and ensure optimal performance.
Cracks in plates can lead to significant issues and compromise their functionality. To detect any cracks, we employ the dye check method. One side of the plate is sprayed with a display agent (white), while the other side is sprayed with a penetrant (red). If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This simple and efficient method helps us identify any cracks and take appropriate measures to rectify them.
