Corrugation Depth Testing

Our plate testing process begins with the measurement of the corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital display, we meticulously test 32 sites on each plate. This ensures accurate and reliable results, allowing you to assess the quality of your plates with confidence.

*** Detection

Identifying cracks in plates is crucial to prevent potential failures and ensure safety. Our dye check method provides a simple and efficient solution. We spray a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This method allows for quick and effective *** detection, saving you time and resources.
