Corrugation Depth Testing

 

Our plate testing method includes a thorough examination of the corrugation depth or free channel. Using a high-precision micrometer with a digital displayer, we meticulously test 32 different sites on the plate. This ensures accurate measurements and precise evaluation of the plate's corrugation depth.

 

*** Testing

 

Our plate testing procedure also includes *** detection. We employ the dye check method for this purpose. By spraying a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side, we can easily identify cracks. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This simple yet efficient method allows for quick and effective *** detection.
