Our plate testing method includes the measurement of plate corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. With the use of a high-precision micrometer, we accurately test 32 different sites on the plate. This ensures a thorough examination of the plate's corrugation depth, providing precise results.

Our plate testing procedure also includes *** detection. We employ a simple and efficient method called dye check. By spraying a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side, we can easily identify cracks.
