Corrugation Depth Testing

Our plate testing method includes the measurement of plate corrugation depth, also known as the free channel. With the use of a high-precision micrometer, we accurately test 32 different sites on the plate. This ensures a thorough examination of the plate's corrugation depth, providing precise results.

*** Testing

Our plate testing procedure also includes *** detection. We employ a simple and efficient method called dye check. By spraying a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side, we can easily identify cracks. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the side with the display agent is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***. This method allows for quick and effective *** detection.
