Heat Exchanger

The Heat Exchanger is a highly efficient and compact equipment designed for efficient heat transfer between two fluids. It consists of a pack of corrugated metal plates with portholes for the passage of the fluids. The plate pack is assembled between a fix frame plate and a movable pressure plate, which are compressed by tightening bolts. The plates are fitted with a gasket that seals the channels and directs the fluids into alternate channels.

With its plate corrugations, the Heat Exchanger promotes fluid turbulence and provides support against differential pressure. The frame plate and pressure plate are suspended from an upper carrying bar and located by a lower guiding bar, ensuring stability. The connections are located in the frame plate, allowing for single or multiple passes within the unit.
