Our skilled technicians use a micrometer with a digital displayer to accurately measure the corrugation depth of your plates. With precision, we test 32 sites on each plate, providing you with detailed information about the free channel.

Plate *** Testing

Using the dye check method, we thoroughly examine your plates for any cracks. We spray a display agent (white) on one side of the plate and a penetrant (red) on the other side. If the penetrant passes through the plate and the display agent side is dyed red, it indicates the presence of a ***.
